Introduction
Greetings reader, stay a while and listen to a tale of the admirable life of Tiberius Gracchus, one of the most tragic heroes of ancient Rome's history.
My name is Diana Valentius, my title is the Historical Grand Scribe of Rome, and I write at the direction of the fair and just Emperor himself. His Greatness, who himself is a distant relative of the Gracchis, has commanded that I amass and record the heroic life story of the greatest of men, aside from himself. Tiberius Gracchus, a well-intentioned figure who met a untimely end after formulating and utilizing a revolutionary land reform; indeed, it continued years after his death at the hands of a vicious mob. While it is his land reform that is often unjustly blamed for the decline of the Roman republic, his well-intentioned ideas aided Rome's poor, whom I hold great sympathy for.
The following pages hold a vast array of information on this revolutionary man, and if the Emperor himself finds it fascinating, so shall you, twofold.
